Suitable colour for Living Room

Did you finish your living room in neutral tones and you feel like only one step to a dull décor? Don’t panic: you can add color to the ensemble by choosing the right furniture pieces and accessories.
Don’t be afraid of strong colors that will for sure bring your living room into prominence – add up to three strong colors to finish the room but be sure to stick to only one predominant color so that the whole ensemble will not be eye-hurting. The best choice for a balanced room of warmness and dynamism is to go for the yellow color, in combination with purple and orange accessories – this will for sure create a lot of waggery to the space.
In addition, don’t abuse of the main strong color throughout the room in order to stay away from the same effect of tiredness – it is best to stick to only one or two furniture pieces in the predominant color and then complete the look with similar tone accessories like curtains. Other electric tones can be added by placing decorative pillows, which are fun and flirty, and also offer a touch of intimacy to the place; in this case, the more the merrier, so buy as many as you can in shades of orange, purple or combination.
Moreover, if you feel up for a challenge, you can go even further with the decorations and, in the same line of dynamism, you can combine two types of patterns, flowers and stripes for example, without worrying about failure. Boldness is the word for home interiors!
Also, bear in mind that in small spaces, the main color responsible with the good vibe must be as bright as possible, so, as mentioned earlier, yellow would be a wise decision.
The good thing about home decorations is that you can find limitless possibilities to cover all ranges of budgets and desires, personal visions and wishes. So, don’t be afraid of “losing it up a little” and go take a ride on the wild side – the more colors, the merrier, just make sure they blend perfectly with the structure of the house, the rest of the rooms and, of course, the natural lighting possibilities and the space. By choosing a bright tone to color your living room you will not only push the limits a little bit and think outside the box, but you will also induce a vivid, energy-full atmosphere and create the perfect space for relaxation, dining, reading or just chilling. Be that as it may, you literally have countless possibilities to turn your old and dull living room in a room full of personality and brightness – you can opt for a big sofa in tones of yellow and garnish it with decorative, small, purple and orange pillows.
Combine various types of fabrics and patterns in a way that will best suit your home style – luxurious fabrics like lace, silk, massive wood or leather for imposing decors and glamorous houses, or, on the contrary, cotton, fabrics or glass for a more youthful atmosphere, best for apartments.
In addition, for creating a little bit more deposit room in a limited space, you can opt for the best existing solution – create small oriels into the walls and use the new created space to store CDs, books, or, add a glass window on it and hide a coquette mini-bar inside.
